We accept M-PESA and Cash on Delivery if within Nairobi. Payment details will be shared via WhatsApp after you place your order. We'll guide you through the entire payment process.

How long does delivery take? +

Place your order before 12:00 PM and enjoy express same-day delivery within 4 working hours (Nairobi only). For other locations in Kenya, delivery takes 2-3 business days. We'll provide tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Can I return or exchange items? +

We accept returns or exchanges within 24 hours of delivery (Nairobi only) in the rare case of a quality concern. Kindly note:

  • If you are within Nairobi, you may check the size at the time of delivery. If it does not fit, you may return it immediately to the rider.
  • Once the rider has left, size-related exchanges cannot be accommodated
  • Items must remain in their original condition.
  • To assist you quickly, please share a clear photo or video of the item highlighting the issue via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving your order
